“A lot of the value I bring to my clients stems from being able to relate to the scenarios that they experience regarding contractual issues, safety and work sites. Because these were so much a part of my work as an attorney, I can let clients know what they need to do to avoid pitfalls through preparation and implementing controls to avoid risk. From first-hand experience, I can discuss situations concerning claims, litigation, insurance coverage and settlements. Through this experience I can offer my clients a full-view perspective to ensure that insurance and risk transfer concepts are implemented into the construction process.”
