Founded in 1995 by experienced building industry and safety program specialists, Courage Safety provides a full range of safety services and OSHA compliance tools.

Courage Safety Systems LLC has been very successful in the construction and residential home building industries and is a premier provider of expert safety services and compliance advice to home builders in the West. In addition to providing environmental health and safety services to public companies such as Shell Oil, Centex Homes, Standard Pacific Homes, Toll Brothers, U.S./Lennar, Pulte Homes, The Irvine Company and D.R. Horton, Courage provides safety services to more than 600 employment locations every month. Since AB 1127 was introduced into California law, the multi-employer aspects of safety regulations on a typical high-hazard construction job site have become quite challenging. Courage Safety Systems has conducted seminars and workshops for many builders on this subject, for the Building Industry Association in Southern California and, more recently, for the California Building Industry Foundation. Courage has also been selected by The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), in conjunction with Federal OSHA, to provide Safety Training to its building industry members in the western United States. Courage Safety Systems also provides OSHA 10-hour and 30-hour safety training programs for the construction industry. More recently, Courage has been selected to serve on the joint CBIA /CalOSHA task force and is on the working committee helping to update Cal/OSHA regulations and standards for the home building industry in California
