Using a wrap policy on our new townhome projects at first glance seemed to be a huge administrative challenge.  It actually turned out to be a very good thing as it helped our company to become more organized as Paladin helps make the process run very smooth.  Their service of tracking our subcontractor’s insurance certificates, amongst other things, makes it easier on us and we gain comfort in knowing that all of our subs are maintaining enrollment.  Our trade partners also like that we are all enrolled together – the owners, the general contractor, and all subcontractors become one team on the same mission.  And we are protected under the same umbrella.   Overall, I recommend the wrap policies managed by Paladin to promote our risk management process and they ensure we are well protected in the construction industry.
